I called for leak detection. I’m sure it was during a busy time, but I explained that I had an absolute emergency due to an apt complex lower level was flooding. I was amazed to see he was able to get somebody out to me within 45 min. His tech Kevin was very pleasant and was able to figure out the problem and located the leak perfectly!! I was able to impress the apt manager so much with the service of CNI that his company is going to have me do 4 more of his buildings. Thank you Mitch for you’re service and team of experts. So I called C-N-I again for another emergency leak not expecting same day service because no other company does that but to my surprise Mitch was able to get a tech out to me on a Friday at 4 PM.
